This place did amazing work on my Tesla. They got me in same day for an evaluation, and as soon as the Parts came in they got it fixed in two hours while I waited. Super great communication and flawless work. Why wait two months for an appointment at Tesla just for them to make you wait another month for the parts and work!? Definitely coming here again if I need it!

I don't think it's possible to get better service than I got from Kevin and his team. Kevin provided a quick, very reasonable estimate to replace the headlight. I accepted the offer and had the car towed to his garage (water had gotten into the headlight which caused issues with the low voltage battery -- he addressed that issue as well). All along the way, Kevin provided timely updates and had the car ready when I came to pick it up. I highly recommend his team and will go back there again if I have any other issues.

Always a great experience with Kevin! He did my pre-purchase inspection on my used Model 3 and did a very thorough job and gave me the confidence I needed to make the right decision. I then came in again a few months later with some wheel noise which turned out to be a loose alignment ring on the aero wheel cover and he fixed it entirely free of charge! Kevin is incredibly knowledgeable about EVs and their repair, I recommend him to all my friends who own EVs! It's always a pleasure going to Austin EV Only knowing there is a smart and down to earth mechanic you can trust.

Austin EV Only was outstanding from start to finish. Kevin, the founder/operator, is a consummate professional and clearly knows Teslas inside and out. I have a 2024 Model S Plaid that was dealing with the well-known inner rear tire wear issue, to the point that I was replacing both rear tires about once a year, or roughly every 5,000 miles. Kevin is partnered with n2itive, the manufacturer of what I believe is the best solution for correcting this problem, and the real value here is not just the product — it’s the experience and expertise he brings to the install. I’m fully capable of doing work myself, but Kevin has done hundreds of these installs and has the process dialed in. On top of that, he works directly with a local 4-wheel alignment shop, which made the whole thing a true one-stop-shop experience. I dropped the car off, took my wife out for coffee, shopping, and lunch, and came back when Kevin texted that everything was ready. It honestly could not have been easier. The professionalism, convenience, knowledge, and peace of mind Kevin provides are invaluable. And despite offering that level of service, his pricing is more than fair.
